On July 31, Huang Qiaofa, the township appointed secretary, Tan Xumian who was the vice township appointed secretary and township government visited the headquarters of Country Garden Group with their fellowmen and signed the investment agreement of "Robot intelligent manufacturing and food processing project" with the subsidiary of Country Garden Group--Qianxi Robot Catering Group.

The annual output value of high-tech projects exceeded 500 million yuan.

The "Robot intelligent manufacturing and food processing project"  was located in the Xinsha Industrial Park, Ma Chung Town, covering a total area of 32 acres, with a total investment of nearly 300 million yuan, and was expected to complete the overall project investment by the end of 2020. The project would use the most cutting-edge intelligent technology to meet the needs of different types of catering business in the intelligent equipment and catering stores in food supply. It would control the quality of the production and transportation in a scientific and healthy way in order to give intelligent and efficient overall upgrade solutions to ease all kinds of food safety hazards and problems. It was expected that the annual output value of the project would exceed 500 million Yuan and the overall tax revenue would exceed 30 million Yuan after the project made production as planned.

It was reported that the project planed to rely on the location advantages and rich farmland resources of Machong to realize the construction of a "agricultural production base + robot intelligent manufacturing + food supply chain" business model. The future of the project would be promoted as a major project in Dongguan City, which aimed to help Dongguan City and Machong Town to develop intelligent manufacturing industry and drive the overall upgrade of the food processing industry.

Yang Guoqiang said, Country Garden's investment direction in Machong was changing from real estate projects to high-tech projects. Dongguan's plan to make Machong develop its high-tech industries among an area which functioned as a water town and Machong's  intention to become a " port of science and innovation in Bay Area with good ecology and high quality life” as well as  the policies and initiatives which would vigorously promote the innovation constituted as important reasons why Country Garden chose to develop high-tech projects in Machong. In addition to real estate, Country Garden was committed to the development of robotics and modern agriculture, with the hope to have more opportunities to participate in the urban construction and industrial development of Dongguan and Machong.

At Country Garden Group, Huang Qiaofa and his fellowmen also visited the Bozhilin Robotics Experiment Center, Robotics Food and Beverage Store and the headquarters of Qianxi Robot Catering Group. In the Experimental Center of Bozhilin Robotics, Huang Qiaofa understood in detail the overall planning, research and development of Bozhilin and its application in the construction field, and expressed his appreciation to Bi-Guiyuan Group for its contribution to the development of intelligent robots for the country. Huang Qiaofa also visited the robotic food and beverage stores. According to the introduction, robot hot pot shop and robot fast food shop were new combination of robot technology and catering industry, which would bring about a new intelligent dining experience by cross-border combination.

It was known that Machong had introduced the week black duck, the Haidilao, fat autumn and other food ingredients processing projects, together with COFCO, Yihai, Cargill, Louis Dafu, grain and oil production projects such as grain and oil supply as a supporting. The "Intelligent robot manufacturing and food processing projects" of Qianxi Robot Catering Group of Country Garden took root in Machong,  which would further promote the transformation and upgrading of food processing industry in Machong.
